Fallow bucks can be hunted free range and fair chase.
You can expect to take a buck scoring 215 to 240 DS, free range.
On the fair chase block you will have a better chance of taking a buck in the 220+ class.
Fallow deer spend a lot more time in the open as 80% of there diet is grass, so we spend lots of time glassing the many open areas close to the bush and scrub from a distance until we see the buck we want to try for. Then once the decision is made after studying the buck through the spotting scope we plan a stalk
